Rihanna cuts a festive figure as she steps out wearing red velvet dress and oversized bow in Santa Monica

She frequently likes to wear as little as possible.
But, given that Christmas is fast-approaching, it seems that Rihanna embraced the festivities when she partied in Santa Monica on Friday night.
The chart-topping star, 27, commanded attention as she hosted an all-night bash at her favorite restaurant Giorgio Baldi.

Keeping it simple, the Barbados-born singer wore a dramatic red velvet dress with spaghetti straps – and, unsurprisingly, no bra underneath.
Adding more seasonal cheer, she added an over sized bow to her hair, which became a focal point of the ensemble.

Sporting a cascade of curled hair, she oozed glamour and capped the look with a strappy pair of silver shoes, which were perfect for the party season.
